About us

The HR Recruitment team aims to provide all customers with an effective recruitment advertising and assessment service that enables Principals, Head Teachers, Managers and School Governors to attract and recruit suitably skilled, qualified and experienced teachers and non teaching staff.

We advertise all job vacancies on WMJOBS, the West Midlands leading public sector jobs board attracting more than 4 million job searches per year.  

Working with WMJOBS provides us with the opportunity to deliver a truly cost effective advertising solution that we compliment further with our linked “JobShop” page on the main Walsall Council website and the use of our social media feeds at Twitter and Facebook.  

We offer a range of additional services too including recruitment and selection “best practice” training, designed to suit your requirements and a range of candidate assessment products, delivered by our team of qualified assessors, to help you select a preferred candidate.       

Our advertising service is available to “buy back” on an annual basis. Additional services can be purchased as required, charges apply, quotes on request.
