In view of the fact that Walsall Council will be closed during the Christmas holiday for the period 25/12/2024 up to and including 27/12/2024, and 01/01/2025, revised arrangements will be necessary in respect of Accounts Payable system deadlines: -

A number of schools are still sending claims to the Oracle Support mailbox.  As previously requested, can all schools who currently send LMST and Petty Cash reimbursements  please send all future claims to PaymentsTeam@walsall.gov.uk with the exception of Option 2 schools (whose invoices are paid by Nicola Shakespeare-Postans and Kulbir Randhawa) who should continue to send their claims to them.

Failure to send to the correct mailbox will result in delays in payment
