Oracle One Source - Requesting Access and Training
If an employee's role requires access to the Oracle One Source system, this can be requested using the User Request Form. There is only one form for both new user requests and amendments to existing users. There are some points to note on the reverse of the form which should be read prior to completion, but if any further assistance is required please contact Oracle Support.

Potential access to financial systems which are new to the user will require mandatory training and competency testing prior to access being given. Oracle Support will contact the user to arrange training on receipt of their user request form.
Changes to employment
If you or your staff are moving teams or leaving council employment, it is important to inform Human Resources as soon as possible. This will then be reported to Financial Administration and Support who can make the necessary adjustments on the financial systems.
