Paycare

for further information on 4work for you and FAQ’s visit Paycare Health Cash Plan

To apply for a Paycare health cash plan, simply complete a Paycare application form and email this to policyadministration@paycare.org.  Paycare will then provide this information to Walsall Council’s Payroll team who will deduct the premiums from your wages accordingly; you can even add your partner onto your policy with the same corporate rates and they can be on a different level of cover to you.  Dependants up to their 18th birthday are automatically covered under your policy and share your benefit allowances.

Once you are enrolled with Paycare, they will follow up with a welcome email which will confirm that the policy is active and confirm your policy number and benefit year. You have a full 12 months to use the allowances and these refresh back to their full amounts on each anniversary that you remain with Paycare.

You will need your policy number and date of birth to register your Paycare account and then create a password. This will allow you to submit online (or postal) claims and access their Professional Support which includes MyPocketGP and an exclusive discount scheme called Paycare Perks; they have some excellent savings such as gym and cinema discounts as well as some offers at local attractions (Alton Towers, Go Ape, SeaLife Centre, Bear Grylls, Cadbury World and Warwick Castle to name a few) as well as Airport Parking.
