The job descriptions available are the most current and up to date, they are in the corporate template showing the grade and the job code for each post. Any old versions of these job descriptions should not be used and should be replaced by the new format. When completing any recruitment forms or changes to school structure forms you must include a copy of the latest version of the job description as failure to do so may result in delays in the process.
The job descriptions available have all been evaluated using the NJC scheme and are designed to provide a generic profile for roles within the schools, however if any changes are made by the school the post will need to go back through the evaluation process to ensure the duties are reflected in the grade.
