Advertising & Assessment

Option 1 – Standard

• £550 per annum: Secondary Schools

• £480 per annum: Nursery, Primary & Special Schools (including onsite Children’s Centre)

Option 2 – Enhanced

• £750 per annum

Option 3 – Enhanced Plus

• £1,200 per annum

Option 4 – Pay As You Go

• £100 per vacancy (up to 200 words)

We are currently offering a multi year discount for 2 years of a price freeze on the above options for Option 1, 2 and 3.  Should you wish to take advantage of this, the price stated above will be frozen until March 2019, you can opt for this discount on the buy back form.

Consultancy

​Option 1 – Standard

• £69.50 per full time equivalent

Option 2 – Enhanced

• £81.00 per full time equivalent

We are currently offering a multi year discount for 2 years of a price freeze on the above options for consultancy.  Should you wish to take advantage of this, the price stated above will be frozen until March 2019, you can opt for this discount on the buy back form.

Option 3 – Pay As You Go

• £70.00 hourly rate

• £200 half a day (3 hours)

• £350.00 full day (6.5 hours)

Payroll, Pensions and Recruitment & DBS

​Option 1 – Full Package (Payroll, Pensions, Recruitment and DBS Service)

• £117.00 per employee (Head count as of April 2017, plus 2 nominal employees should you not submit the overtime electronically.)

*please note as of 01/01/2017 the cost of the DBS (currently £46.34 per application) will be recharged to the school, instead of being funded corporately. However the administration charge is still included in the £117.00 cost.

Option 2 – Payroll and Pension payslip package

• £5.80 per payslip per month

NB A charge will be made for the administration of the Local Government and Teachers Pension Schemes for clients providing their own pay

Disclosure & Barring Service*

Enhanced DBS check via E-Bulk;

• £46.34 DBS Charge only, the right is retained to pass all DBS prices increases on to the customer

*Admin Fee of £15.00 per application will also be charged per application if the customer is using the   E-Bulk and £30.00 per application in the event the customer is not using the E-bulk.

Health & Safety

​Academies and schools outside of Walsall Borough:

• £1,600* per educational establishment per annum

  Voluntary aided and foundation schools:

• £650* per establishment per annum

  * The prices quoted above do not include membership of CLEAPSS; however we can include membership at a discount price of 18p per pupil. Please note, if you are already in a multi-year contract with us we will maintain the price agreed for the life of the contract and continue to include membership of CLEAPSS at no extra cost.

Academies, voluntary aided and foundation schools:

Primary schools

• £500 pa, with a guaranteed yearly fire risk assessment (FRA); or

• £300 pa if the school commits to buying the service for two years, during which time they will receive one FRA, along with ongoing fire safety support

  Secondary schools

• £800 pa, with a guaranteed yearly fire risk assessment (FRA); or

• £500 pa if the school commits to buying the service for two years, during which time they will receive one FRA, along with ongoing fire safety support

Radiation Protection Officer

Secondary schools/academies only;

• Free of Charge - if you have required the fire safety service
• £150.00 - if you do not wish for the fire safety and only wish for Radiation Protection
