Parents can now obtain copies of the 2016/17 Midyear Admissions Common Application Form (CAF) from the Admissions and Pupil Place Planning Team.  A pdf version of the form is also available here. Parents can use this form to apply for a place at any Walsall school and although schools may produce their own midyear admission application forms they must not refuse to accept and process an application made on the local authority Common Application Form.

If a school wishes to refuse an application under the Fair Access Protocol they must first refer the application to the Fair Access Panel.
