Parenting Support Programmes

A suite of evidence based parenting programmes across Walsall that meet OFSTED requirements for parent engagement.  Includes universal, targeted and specialist programmes e.g. for parents of children and young people with autism and parents involved in child protection

  • Improves parental wellbeing and outcomes for families across a broad age range and across the spectrum of need
  • Proven to reduce youth crime, antisocial and delinquent behaviour, child maltreatment, school failure and Child and Adolescent Mental Health problems in the longer term
