GDPR Obligations - Identifying your DPO
For us the role of the DPO is vital in ensuring that a main point of contact for complaints and any potential data breaches are investigated and managed appropriately within the 72 hrs deadline for reporting such incidents. Read more about "Breach Reporting"
As part of our own obligations as a data controller we are asking you to identify your DPO so that in the event of such incidents we can immediately start any required investigations or discussions with the appropriate person(s) and reduce the risk of potential harm or distress to our data subjects accordingly and immediately.
Please therefore tell us if you have already appointed a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO).
